By accessing buildwithbro.com (the "Site") or engaging Build With Bro ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site or our services.

Our Services

We design and build AI agents, workflow automation, and integrations for small teams and SaaS companies. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are agreed separately with each client before work begins — these general terms don't replace that agreement.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You won't attempt to disrupt the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use automated systems to scrape or extract its content without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, copy, graphics, and branding are the property of Build With Bro unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables built for a client under a separate service agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.

No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build With Bro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
